Hello, everyone! It's been a long time since you've had a She-News Update, I know, and here we are back with the circle of the year to V-Season!

I am involved for the third year running in the Gainesville Community Campaign for V-Day's benefit production of The Vagina Monologues! If you're in town or will be in town for Spring Break, come see the show! Proceeds benefit Peaceful Paths and Chrysalis Community, two organizations operating locally to assist women in North Central Florida. Here's the show info for The Vagina Monologues, and this year's partner production (which allows men to perform for the first time in association with this movement!), "A Memory, A Monologue, A Rant, and A Prayer":

March 12th, 8pm: The Vagina Monologues, special open dress rehearsal, free admission, donations welcome!
March 13th, 8pm: MMRP, $10 tickets at the door, raffle participants win prizes at the end of the show!
March 15th, 8pm: TVM, $10 tickets at the door, musical guest Amanda Garrigues, raffle participants win prizes at the end of the show!
